Brad Yeager | Co-Owner & Operator

Brad is a licensed journeyman plumber in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, with specialized certification as an NITC Medical Gas Installer/Brazer. Since beginning his career in 2006, he has developed a robust expertise across residential, commercial, industrial, and civil construction. Before co-founding River Lake MPC, Brad spent eight years in senior leadership at McKinstry Company, serving as a Project Superintendent and Superintendent for Small/Special Projects and Tenant Improvement (TI) departments. His experience extends beyond field execution to the strategic management of company operations, including precise job pricing and project success tracking.

 

Blake Johnson | Co-Owner & Operator

Blake began his career in 2006 and completed a five-year steamfitter apprenticeship in 2012. He possesses an uncommonly diverse mechanical skillset, with extensive experience in high-tech and  semiconductor manufacturing, data center construction, power plants, commercial new builds and renovation, and high-rises. Blake is proficient in advanced industry technologies including CAD/BIM (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and AR applications, as well as specialized skills such as field design (AKA "detailing"), orbital welding, high purity brazing and rigging applications among many others. Most recently, he served as a field supervisor for Apollo Mechanical where he led large crews in complex "tool install" projects at multiple microchip manufacturing facilities.

Brad and Blake take pride in their professionalism and craftsmanship, and together leverage their backgrounds in the union piping trades and project management to provide high quality piping solutions. River Lake MPC focuses on the light commercial tenant improvement market while remaining fully capable of executing civil plumbing, mechanical piping, specialized retrofits and even residential service and renovation! The company operates with the ambition of a growing firm, backed by the seasoned reliability of two owners who have mastered the "what," "why," and "how" of the piping trades.
